Racinaea crispa
Racinaea are from the same family as Tillandsia. They have different floral stalks.
Racinaea wrinkled, native to Colombia, is an extraordinary plant - its frizzy, wavy, dark green to red foliage is unique. The flowers, yellow, constrasts sharply with the rosette.
It loves high humidity in the air.It is possible to grow it on a jar of pozzolana with the base soaking in water.

Cultivation :
- Prevent it from direct sun in summer, especially during warm hours. In winter, find a luminous place.
- Put it inside or outside in summer when the weather is fine. Can live in a wide range of temperature, from 10°C to 30°C.
- Just like for carnivorous plants, water it with rainwater or demineralized water. If grown in pozzolana, make sure it is moist, and mist the leaves.
- In spring and summer, it is beneficial to feed them with orchid fertilizer diluted to a quarter twice a month.
