This Drosera grows in peat bogs in temperate zones of the northern hemisphere , sometimes in company with D. rotundifolia and D. anglica.
Similar in appearance to the latter, it produces leaves with a wider blade, tapering towards the petiole. Unlike Drosera intermedia all green , it is tinged with a pronounced red.
Its white flowers are visible in summer. To be grown outdoors.
