Sarracenia x 'Evendine'
In the splendid Sarracenia , Sarracenia Evendine is the result of the classic Sarracenia x catesbaei hybridized with Sarracenia leucophylla . The result is a more erect Sarracenia ranging from light red to bright red, and decorated with white eyespots Vigorous carnivorous plant !
Parentage: [(purpurea x flava) x leucophylla].
From October to April (dormant period) , the plant's foliage partially disappears. Sarracenia x 'Evendine' is then delivered as a rhizome, still rooted in a pot and ready to start growing again in the spring.
