Ficus sagittata | To transplant
Ficus sagittata is native to tropical regions of Southeast Asia , including countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines . It grows naturally in tropical rainforests, often as an epiphyte on trees.
Relatively slow growing, this Ficus particularly appreciates constant humidity which can be provided by a xaxim plate and low to moderate light.
Upon receipt of the branches to be replanted (delivered in boxes full of rehydrated sphagnum moss , ideal for transport), place them on a suitable support . Ficus sagitatta root easily and quickly provided that the support is kept moist but not waterlogged!
