Installation is simple, you just need to fill the tray with 4cm of peat mix that you will have moistened beforehand by kneading it as you would with dough.
Then sow by hand , carefully avoiding the seeds forming clumps.
Keep the substrate well moist by spraying with rainwater or reverse osmosis water until the plants are large enough to be repotted, preferably in 9cm pots , to limit the risk of them drying out too quickly.
