1. Description of the Karnivores Affiliate Program
The Karnivores Affiliate Program allows you to monetize your website, social media content or online software application by placing links on your Site to our Karnivores.com site.
2. Guarantees
We make no representations, warranties or commitments as to the volume of traffic or compensation you can expect at any time from your participation in the Karnivores Affiliate Program, and we cannot be held responsible for any actions you take as a result of your expectations.
3. Identify yourself as a Partner
You must clearly and prominently display the following statement, or any other statement that is substantially similar to the statement previously authorized by us: "yoursite.com is a participant in the Karnivores Affiliate Program, an affiliate program designed to allow sites to earn compensation by linking to Karnivores.com."
You will not misrepresent or embellish the relationship between you and us (including by expressly or implicitly stating that we endorse, sponsor or endorse you).
4. Duration
The term of this Agreement begins upon your registration or use of the Karnivores.com website. You may, and we may, terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause (automatically and without recourse to the courts, if permitted by applicable law), by providing the other party with at least 7 calendar days' written notice of termination from the date the notice is provided. You may send us notice of termination to contact@karnivores.com with the subject line " Termination of the Affiliate Program ".
Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights and obligations of the parties shall terminate.
5. Compensation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any and all matters directly or indirectly related to the creation, maintenance or operation of your Site (including your use of any Service Offering) or any violation by you of these Terms, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Karnivores from and against any and all damages, claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your Site or any materials on it, including the association of your Site or such materials with any other applications, content or processes, (b) the use, development, design, manufacture, production, advertising, promotion or marketing of your Site or any materials on or in your Site, (c) your use of any Service Offering, whether such use violates or is permitted by these Terms or applicable law, (d) any breach by you of any provision of these Terms (including any Program Policy), (e) your taxes and duties or the collection, payment, or failure to collect or pay your taxes or duties, or failure to comply with tax or tax registration obligations or (f) any negligence or willful misconduct of you or your employees or subcontractors.
6. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Any dispute arising in any way out of the Karnivores Affiliate Program or these Terms (including any alleged or actual breach hereof), any transactions or activities entered into hereunder, or your dealings with us, shall be subject to the law and dispute resolution provisions applicable to the Karnivores Site.
