2. Guarantees
We make no representations, warranties, or commitments regarding the volume of traffic or compensation you can expect at any time from your participation in the Karnivores Affiliate Program, and we cannot be held responsible for any actions you take as a result of your expectations.
3. Identify yourself as a Partner

4. Duration
The term of this Agreement begins upon your registration or use of the Karnivores.com website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for all matters directly or indirectly related to the creation, maintenance or operation of your site (including your use of any Service Offering) or any violation of these Terms by you, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Karnivores from and against any damages, claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) related to (a) your site or any material on it, including the association of your site or such material with any other applications, content or processes, (b) the use, development, design, manufacture, production, advertising, promotion or marketing of your site or any material on or in your site, (c) your use of any Service Offering, whether such use violates or is permitted by these Terms or applicable law, (d) any breach by you of any provision of these Terms (including any Program Policy), (e) your taxes or the collection, settlement, or non-collection or non-payment of your taxes or duties, or failure to comply with tax or tax registration obligations or (f) negligence or willful misconduct of your employees or subcontractors or yourself.
6. Applicable law and dispute resolution
