Hypoestes 'white'

Native to Madagascar, Hypoestes 'white' has a magnificent, spotless white foliage, covered with subtle green veins. The compact ans bushy bearing is very attractive. To preserve it, pinch the tops and make cuttings from them as soon as the plant begins to climb steadily - above 25 cm high.

- Use our dedicated mix - 50% peat moss, 25% horticultural compost and 25% perlite.

- Choose a luminous place, but with no direct sunlight. Providing artificial lighting may be beneficial.

- Place the plant indoors or in a terrarium tank with high relative humidity for better growth, between 10 and 30°C.

- Water with rainwater or demineralized water. The soil must be kept moist all year long, but don't let water stand under the plant.

- In spring, twice a month, it is beneficial to feed the plant with fertilizer. Dilute it to a quarter.
