Fittonia 'red' sports red veins on most of the leaf surface, which is absolutely striking. This marvel from the rainforests of Colombia is able to adapt to a rather dark atmosphere, but it likes high humidity. Not very cumbersome, it will decorate perfectly the dark places of your terrarium tank.

- Use our dedicated mix - 50% peat moss, 25% horticultural compost and 25% perlite.

- Choose a shady place.

- Place the plant indoors or in a terrarium tank with high relative humidity for better growth, between 18 and 30°C.

- Water with rainwater or demineralized water. The soil must be kept moist all year long, but don't let water stand under the plant.

- In spring, twice a month, it is beneficial to feed the plant with fertilizer. Dilute it to a quarter.
